Let us also globally enable the GCC 4.4 and clang 3.0 option
-Wframe-larger-than=16384 to reduce the possibility of introducing
such stack overflow in the future. For RocksDB and Mroonga we relax
these limits.

In MDEV-26345 77ed235d50 a bitmap is
introduced to skip spider GBH SELECTed constant fields when storing
the results from the data node. Unfortunately this bitmap was not used
in all applicable calls. This patch fixes it. The test covers most of
the calls, with the exception of
spider_db_store_result_for_reuse_cursor(), which is not covered in
existing tests, because it is only called when limit_mode()==1, which
is not the case for any spider backend wrapper.
The conn_kind, which stands for "connection kind", is no longer useful
because the HandlerSocket support is deleted and Spider now has only
one connection kind, SPIDER_CONN_KIND_MYSQL. Remove conn_kind and
related code.

Stop skipping const items when selecting but skip them when storing
their results to spider row to avoid storing in mismatching temporary
table fields.
Skip auxiliary fields in SELECTing, and do not store
the (non-existing) results to the corresponding temporary table
accordingly.
When there are BOTH auxiliary fields AND const items in the auxiliary
field items, do not use the spider GBH. This is a rare occasion if it
happens at all and not worth the added complexity to cover it.
Use the original item (item_ptr) in constructing GROUP BY and ORDER
BY, which also means using item->name instead of field->field_name as
aliases in constructing SELECT items. This fixes spurious regressions
caused by the above changes in some tests using ORDER BY, such as
mdev_24517.test. As a by-product, this also fixes MDEV-29546.
Therefore we update mdev_29008.test to include the MDEV-29546 case.
Spider calls ha_spider::close() at least twice on ALTER TABLE ... ADD
PARTITION. The first call frees wide_handler and the second call
accesses wide_handler->trx->thd (heap-use-after-free).
In general, there seems to be no problem with using THD obtained by
the macro current_thd() except in background threads. Thus, we simply
replace wide_handler->trx->thd with current_thd().

Remove the dead-code, in Spider, which is related to the Spider's
HandlerSocket support. The code has been disabled for a long time
and it is unlikely that the code will be enabled.

I checked all stack overflow potential problems found with
gcc -Wstack-usage=16384
and
clang -Wframe-larger-than=16384 -no-inline
Fixes:
Added '#pragma clang diagnostic ignored "-Wframe-larger-than="'
to a lot of function to where stack usage large but resonable.
- Added stack check warnings to BUILD scrips when using clang and debug.
Function changed to use malloc instead allocating things on stack:
- read_bootstrap_query() now allocates line_buffer (20000 bytes) with
malloc() instead of using stack. This has a small performance impact
but this is not releant for bootstrap.
- mroonga grn_select() used 65856 bytes on stack. Changed it to use
malloc().
- Wsrep_schema::replay_transaction() and
Wsrep_schema::recover_sr_transactions().
- Connect zipOpen3()
Not fixed:
- mroonga/vendor/groonga/lib/expr.c grn_proc_call() uses
43712 byte on stack. However this is not easy to fix as the stack
used is caused by a lot of code generated by defines.
- Most changes in mroonga/groonga where only adding of pragmas to disable
stack warnings.
- rocksdb/options/options_helper.cc uses 20288 of stack space.
(no reason to fix except to get rid of the compiler warning)
- Causes using alloca() where the allocation size is resonable.
- An issue in libmariadb (reported to connectors).
