The patch introduces mariadb_capi_rename.h which is included into
mysql.h. The hew header contains macro definitions for the names being
renamed. In versions 10.6+(i.e. where sql service exists) the renaming
condition in the mariadb_capi_rename.h should be added with

Disabling false_duper-6543 test for embedded.
ha_federated.so uses C API. C API functions are being renamed in the server,
but not renamed in embedded, since embedded server library should have proper
C API, as expected by programs using it.
Thus the same ha_federated.so cannot work both for server and embedded
server library.
As all federated tests are already disabled for embedded,
federated isn't supposed to work for embedded anyway, and thus the test
is being disabled.

my_sys DYNAMIC_ARRAY and DYNAMIC_STRING inconsistancy
The DYNAMIC_STRING uses size_t for sizes, but DYNAMIC_ARRAY used uint.
This patch adjusts DYNAMIC_ARRAY to use size_t like DYNAMIC_STRING.
As the MY_DIR member number_of_files is copied from a DYNAMIC_ARRAY,
this is changed to be size_t.
As MY_TMPDIR members 'cur' and 'max' are copied from a DYNAMIC_ARRAY,
these are also changed to be size_t.
The lists of plugins and stored procedures use DYNAMIC_ARRAY,
but their APIs assume a size of 'uint'; these are unchanged.
Cause: shared federatedx_io cannot store table-specific data.
Fix: move current row reference `federatedx_io_mysql::current` to
ha_federatedx.
FederatedX connection (represented by federatedx_io) is stored into
federatedx_txn::txn_list of per-server connections (see
federatedx_txn::acquire()). federatedx_txn object is stored into THD
(see ha_federatedx::external_lock()). When multiple handlers acquire
FederatedX connection they get single federatedx_io instance. Multiple
handlers do their operation via federatedx_io_mysql::mark_position()
and federatedx_io_mysql::fetch_row() in arbitrarty manner. They access
the same federatedx_io_mysql instance and same MYSQL_ROWS *current
pointer, so one handler disrupts the work of the other.

NET can only store current_thd if this NET (or its MYSQL) is not
moved between threads. In FederatedX MYSQL is part of the TABLE,
and a TABLE can migrate between threads.
Fix: associate NET with THD in txn->acquire() , and dissociate
in txn->release()
stat structure (from <sys/stat.h>) is conditionally defined
to have different layout and size depending on the defined macros.
The correct macro is defined in my_config.h, which means it MUST be
included first (or, at least before <features.h> - so, practically,
before including any system headers).
The reason for the failure was a bug in an include file on debian that causes 'struct stat'
to have different sized depending on the environment.
This patch fixes so that we always include my_global.h or my_config.h before we include any other files.

In ::position() federated needs to know an element before the
current ("data_cursor") in the single-linked list. Replace list
traversal for every ::position() call (which is O(n^2)) with remembering
the current element before it's advanced by mysql_fetch_row().

The idea is that we mark all memory that are thread specific with MY_THREAD_SPECIFIC.
Memory counting is done per thread in the my_malloc_size_cb_func callback function from my_malloc().
There are plenty of new asserts to ensure that for a debug server the counting is correct.
Information_schema.processlist gets two new columns: MEMORY_USED and EXAMINED_ROWS.
- The later is there mainly to show how query is progressing.
The following changes in interfaces was needed to get this to work:
- init_alloc_root() amd init_sql_alloc() has extra option so that one can mark memory with MY_THREAD_SPECIFIC
- One now have to use alloc_root_set_min_malloc() to set min memory to be allocated by alloc_root()
