Tasks:-
Changes in wsrep_dirty_reads variable
1.) Global + Session scope (Current: session-only)
2.) Can be set using command line.
3.) Allow all commands that do not change data (besides SELECT)
4.) Allow prepared Statements that do not change data
5.) Works with wsrep_sync_wait enabled
Based off feedback from Marko Mäkelä:
* Don't set timeouts on restart.
* Use innodb_fast_shutdown=0
Also:
Set innodb_buffer_pool_instances=1 - adds predicability to tests
- if a biased pool is used less pages could be saved.

Since 10.2 (2e814d4702) this test
changed and the race condition of MDEV-10651 no longer forms part
of this test.
As such re-enable this test.
Also include save/restore of the default values of this variable.

Increase max number of possible table_open_cache instances from 512K
to 1024K. This only affects user who are trying to set the variable over
the old limit.
Delete not used test table_open_cache_instances_basic
(Need to be added back and rewritten in 10.2)
- Fixed compiler warnings
- Removed have_debug.inc from innochecksum_3
- Fixed race condition in innodb_buffer_pool_load
- Fixed merge issue in innodb-bad-key-change.test
- Fixed missing array allocation that could cause
function_defaults_notembedded to fail
- Fixed thread_cache_size_func
Code was already existing within the innobase/xtradb storage engines
however without this cmake code it was never enabled.

MDEV-10547: Test multi_update_innodb fails with InnoDB 5.7
The failure happened because 5.7 has changed the signature of
the bool handler::primary_key_is_clustered() const
virtual function ("const" was added). InnoDB was using the old
signature which caused the function not to be used.
MDEV-10550: Parallel replication lock waits/deadlock handling does not work with InnoDB 5.7
Fixed mutexing problem on lock_trx_handle_wait. Note that
rpl_parallel and rpl_optimistic_parallel tests still
fail.
MDEV-10156 : Group commit tests fail on 10.2 InnoDB (branch bb-10.2-jan)
Reason: incorrect merge
MDEV-10550: Parallel replication can't sync with master in InnoDB 5.7 (branch bb-10.2-jan)
Reason: incorrect merge
This makes it easier to setup master as on only have to set --log-bin.
Before this patch if one did set up the master with just --log-bin, slaves
could not connect until server_id was set on the master, which could be
both confusing and hard to do.
Decimals with float, double and decimal now works the following way:
- DECIMAL_NOT_SPECIFIED is used when declaring DECIMALS without a firm number
of decimals. It's only used in asserts and my_decimal_int_part.
- FLOATING_POINT_DECIMALS (31) is used to mark that a FLOAT or DOUBLE
was defined without decimals. This is regarded as a floating point value.
- Max decimals allowed for FLOAT and DOUBLE is FLOATING_POINT_DECIMALS-1
- Clients assumes that float and double with decimals >= NOT_FIXED_DEC are
floating point values (no decimals)
- In the .frm decimals=FLOATING_POINT_DECIMALS are used to define
floating point for float and double (31, like before)
To ensure compatibility with old clients we do:
- When storing float and double, we change NOT_FIXED_DEC to
FLOATING_POINT_DECIMALS.
- When creating fields from .frm we change for float and double
FLOATING_POINT_DEC to NOT_FIXED_DEC
- When sending definition for a float/decimal field without decimals
to the client as part of a result set we convert NOT_FIXED_DEC to
FLOATING_POINT_DECIMALS.
- variance() and std() has changed to limit the decimals to
FLOATING_POINT_DECIMALS -1 to not get the double converted floating point.
(This was to preserve compatiblity)
- FLOAT and DOUBLE still have 30 as max number of decimals.
Bugs fixed:
variance() printed more decimals than we support for double values.
New behaviour:
- Strings now have 38 decimals instead of 30 when converted to decimal
- CREATE ... SELECT with a decimal with > 30 decimals will create a column
with a smaller range than before as we are trying to preserve the number of
decimals.
Other changes
- We are now using the obsolete bit FIELDFLAG_LEFT_FULLSCREEN to specify
decimals > 31
- NOT_FIXED_DEC is now declared in one place
- For clients, NOT_FIXED_DEC is always 31 (to ensure compatibility).
On the server NOT_FIXED_DEC is DECIMAL_NOT_SPECIFIED (39)
- AUTO_SEC_PART_DIGITS is taken from DECIMAL_NOT_SPECIFIED
- DOUBLE conversion functions are now using DECIMAL_NOT_SPECIFIED instead of
NOT_FIXED_DEC
- Validate the specified wsrep_start_position value by also
checking the return status of wsrep->sst_received. This also
ensures that changes in wsrep_start_position is not allowed
when the node is not in JOINING state.
- Do not allow decrease in seqno within same UUID.
- The initial checkpoint in SEs should be [0...:-1].
Previous fix using wait condition did not work because of MDEV-9867, so
we have to use conditional sleep instead. Sleep will only happen if the test
is executed after another one which also ran buffer pool dump without
server restart between two tests
Added 5 minute timeout before automaticlally removing threads from thread
cache.
This solves a problem with jemalloc, which is slow with a small
thread cache and also makes thread_cache big enough that most users
doesn't have to touch it
