Commit a923d6f49c disabled numeric setting
of character_set_* variables with non-default values:
MariaDB [(none)]> set character_set_client=224;
ERROR 1115 (42000): Unknown character set: '224'
However the corresponding binlog functionality still write numeric
values for log event, and this will break binlog replay if the value is
not default. Now make the server use 'String' type for
'character_set_client' when generating binlog events
Before:
/*!\C utf8mb4 *//*!*/;
SET @@session.character_set_client=224,@@session.collation_connection=224,@@session.collation_server=33/*!*/;
After:
/*!\C utf8mb4 *//*!*/;
SET @@session.character_set_client=utf8mb4,@@session.collation_connection=33,@@session.collation_server=8/*!*/;
Note: prior to the previous commit, setting with '224' or '45' or
'utf8mb4' have the same effect, as they all set the parameter to
'utf8mb4'.

MDEV-19964 S3 replication support
Added new configure options:
s3_slave_ignore_updates
"If the slave has shares same S3 storage as the master"
s3_replicate_alter_as_create_select
"When converting S3 table to local table, log all rows in binary log"
This allows on to configure slaves to have the S3 storage shared or
independent from the master.
Other thing:
Added new session variable '@@sql_if_exists' to force IF_EXIST to DDL's.
Support for galera GTID consistency thru cluster. All nodes in cluster
should have same GTID for replicated events which are originating from cluster.
Cluster originating commands need to contain sequential WSREP GTID seqno
Ignore manual setting of gtid_seq_no=X.
In master-slave scenario where master is non galera node replicated GTID is
replicated and is preserved in all nodes.
To have this - domain_id, server_id and seqnos should be same on all nodes.
Node which bootstraps the cluster, to achieve this, sends domain_id and
server_id to other nodes and this combination is used to write GTID for events
that are replicated inside cluster.
Cluster nodes that are executing non replicated events are going to have different
GTID than replicated ones, difference will be visible in domain part of gtid.
With wsrep_gtid_domain_id you can set domain_id for WSREP cluster.
Functions WSREP_LAST_WRITTEN_GTID, WSREP_LAST_SEEN_GTID and
WSREP_SYNC_WAIT_UPTO_GTID now works with "native" GTID format.
Fixed galera tests to reflect this chances.
Add variable to manually update WSREP GTID seqno in cluster
Add variable to manipulate and change WSREP GTID seqno. Next command
originating from cluster and on same thread will have set seqno and
cluster should change their internal counter to it's value.
Behavior is same as using @@gtid_seq_no for non WSREP transaction.

Test would occasionally fail as follows:
```
mysqltest: At line 20: query 'SELECT COUNT(*) = 0 FROM t1' failed:
1317: Query execution was interrupted
```
This was due to a `CREATE TABLE` applied concurrently that would
occasionally cause the `SELECT` to be BF aborted, due to MDL
conflict.
The `SELECT` is executed while `wsrep_on=OFF`. The change makes sure
it is executed only after wsrep is enabled again.
Test galera checks that a `GRA_x_x.log` file is created whenever
wsrep applier fails to apply some replication event. The file
contains the corresponding binlog event that failed to apply.
The test creates a new file by concatenating a pre-recorded
file containing the binlog header (see `std-data/binlog-header.log`)
and the `GRA_x_x.log` file. The test then checks that the resulting
file, containing the binlog header and the event that failed to
apply, is correctly read by `mysqlbinlog` program.
The test fails in MariaDB because the GRA_x_x.log file created
by MariaDB already contains the binlog header (see MDEV-7867).
This patch fixes/simplifies test `galera.galera_gra_log` so that
it doesn't concatenate `std-data/binlog-header.log` with the
`GRA_x_x.log` file. File `std-data/binlog-header.log` is deleted
altoghether, because not used by any other test.
