Integration with status reporter in wsrep-lib.
Status reporter reports changes in wsrep state and logged errors/
warnings to a json file which then can be read and interpreted by
an external monitoring tool.
Rationale: until the server is fully initialized it is unaccessible
by client and the only source of information is an error log which
is not machine-friendly. Since wsrep node can spend a very long time
in initialization phase (state transfer), it may be a very long time
that automatic tools can't easily monitor its liveness and progression.
New variable: wsrep_status_file specifies the output file name.
If not set, no file is created and no reporting is done.

Introduced two new wsrep_mode options
* REPLICATE_MYISAM
* REPLICATE_ARIA
Depracated wsrep_replicate_myisam parameter and we use
wsrep_mode = REPLICATE_MYISAM instead.
This required small refactoring of wsrep_check_mode_after_open_table
so that both MyISAM and Aria are handled on required DML cases.
Similarly, added Aria to wsrep_should_replicate_ddl to handle DDL
for Aria tables using TOI. Added test cases and improved MyISAM testing.
Changed use of wsrep_replicate_myisam to wsrep_mode = REPLICATE_MYISAM
Global variable wsrep_debug now can be used to filter wsrep-lib messages based on debug level provided.
Type of wsrep_debug is now set to be unsigned int, so tests and configuration files changed accordingly.
From time to time Galera adds new parameters or changes defaults to
existing ones. Every time this happens galera_defaults test needs a
fix (and a commit) because it insists on checking these defaults.
This is making life hard because any Galera update may require a fix
to MariaDB code even though it is totally unrelated and defeats the
whole idea of a provider living its own life.
This commit removes checking for provider defaults to avoid false
positive failures on MariaDB side.
MDEV-17058: Test failure on wsrep.variables
MDEV-17060: Test failure on galera.galera_var_slave_threads
Fix incorrect calculation of increased applier (slave) threads.
Note that increase change takes effect "immediately" but we should
use proper wait condition to wait it. Reducing the number of
slave threads is not immediate as thread will only exit after a
replication event.

This changes variable wsrep_max_ws_size so that its value
is linked to the value of provider option repl.max_ws_size.
That is, changing the value of variable wsrep_max_ws_size
will change the value of provider option repl.max_ws_size,
and viceversa.
The writeset size limit is always enforced in the provider,
regardless of which option is used.
This patch includes two fixes:
1) Rollback when wsrep_max_ws_rows is exceeded would not switch
back to previous autocommit mode; and 2) Internal rows counter
would not be reset on implicit commits.
- Added missning setting of table->rpl_write_set in record_gtid(), required by galera
- Removed output of WSREP_PATCH_VERSION from galera_defaults, as this can change over time
- Limit galera_many_tables_pk and galera_many_tables_nopk to 900, as
on many systems the default open table limit is 1024
