fix perl to write mysql_upgrade_info files in binary mode,
otherwise mariadb-upgrade reads them incorrectly on Windows.
Fixed main.mysql_upgrade to pass when unix_socket plugin is unavailable.
Also don't redefine _GNU_SOURCE, which was previously defined by command
line/environment. This fixes silent auth_socket build failure with
MYSQL_MAINTAINER_MODE=ERR.
Also in the startup, lets not "Error" on attempting to install a
mysql.plugin that is already there. We use the 'if_not_exists'
parameter to true to downgrade this to a "Note".
Also corrects: MDEV-32041 "plugin already loaded" should be a Warning, not an Error
This is a follow-up for the initial MDEV-24486 commit. It renames
the view sys.table_privileges to sys.privileges_by_table_by_level
and adds some more tests displaying privilege levels GLOBAL and SCHEMA
The existing INFORMATION_SCHEMA.TABLE_PRIVILEGES displays only those
privileges that were specifically granted on the table level,
whereas it may be useful to see privileges granted at the database
and global level.
This commit adds a new view `table_privileges` to the `sys` schema
for that purpose. The view shows privileges on existing tables
and views, combining all possible levels:
- user_privileges
- schema_privileges
- table_privileges
- Moved view checks after privilege tables are fixed. This is to avoid
warnings about wrongly defined mysql.proc when checking views.
- Don't use stat tables before they have been fixed.
- Don't run mysql_fix_view() if 'FOR MYSQL' is used if the view is
already a MariaDB view.
- Added 'FOR UPGRADE' as an option for 'REPAIR VIEW' to be able to
detect if the REPAIR command comes from mariadb_upgrade. In this
case we get a warning, instead of an error, if a definer of a view
does not exists.
Renames the upgrade state file, and ensures the old
file is properly removed when `mariadb-upgrade` tool is executed.

MDEV-16735 describes how mysql_upgrade fails when alter_algorithm
is set to a value different than 'DEFAULT'/'COPY'. It was marked as
fixed by 0ee0868, but the fix didn't covered the possibility of having
the global value of alter_algorithm set to something different than
'DEFAULT'/'COPY'. To ensure that the upgrade process works properly
regardless the global value of alter_altorithm, this commit force it's
value to 'DEFAULT' (note the quotes) for the mysql_upgrade session.

ha_innobase::referenced_by_foreign_key(): Protect the check with
dict_sys.freeze(), to prevent races with TRUNCATE TABLE.
The test innodb.instant_alter_crash has been adjusted for this
additional locking.
dict_table_is_referenced_by_foreign_key(): Removed (merged to
the only caller).
create_table_info_t::create_table(): Ignore missing indexes for
FOREIGN KEY constraints if foreign_key_checks=0.
create_table_info_t::create_table_update_dict(): Rewritten as
a static function. Do not return any error.
ha_innobase::create(): When trx!=nullptr and we are operating
on a persistent table, do not rollback, commit, or release the
data dictionary latch.
ha_innobase::truncate(): Protect the entire critical section
with an exclusive dict_sys.latch, so that
ha_innobase::referenced_by_foreign_key() on referenced tables
will return a consistent result. In case of a failure,
invoke dict_load_foreigns() to restore also any FOREIGN KEY
constraints.
ha_innobase::free_foreign_key_create_info(): Define inline.
lock_release(): Disregard innodb_evict_tables_on_commit_debug=ON
when dict_sys.locked() holds. It would hold when fts_load_stopword()
is invoked by create_table_info_t::create_table_update_dict().
dict_sys_t::locked(): Return whether the current thread is holding
the exclusive dict_sys.latch.
dict_sys_t::frozen_not_locked(): Return whether any thread is
holding a shared dict_sys.latch.
In the test main.mysql_upgrade, the InnoDB persistent statistics
will no longer be recalculated in ha_innobase::open() as part of
CHECK TABLE ... FOR UPGRADE. They were deleted earlier in the test.
