scripts/make_binary_distribution.sh:
   - added mysql_waitpid to binary distribution (required for mysql-test-run)
support-files/mysql.spec.sh:
   - renamed package "MySQL" to "MySQL-server"
   - fixed Copyright tag
   - added mysql_waitpid to "client" subpackage (required for mysql-test-run)
