Bug#21781 Replication slave io thread hangs
- Add test case that shows how slave server hangs in "STOP SLAVE" when run on MySQL version 5.0.33 compiled with OpenSSL. Works fine with latest version of MySQL since that problem has been fixed by patch for bug#24148. The fix has been noted in the changelog for MySQL 5.0.36
