MDEV-9077 - sys schema preparation

Browse Source 
- increase MAX_BOOTSTRAP_QUERY_SIZE (sys.schema has SP over 50K large)
  don't allocate bootstrap query on heap anymore.
- support DELIMITER in bootstrap
