Fix compiler warnings

-Wdeprecated-declarations:
  Replace deprecated xmlXPathInit() with xmlInitParser()[1]

-Wmaybe-uninitialized:
  `fil1` was initialized to 0 in commit 0138220 to fix compiler
  warnings, but `fil2` was missed.
