Bug #28178776 COMPARISON OF UNINITAILIZED MEMORY IN LOG_IN_USE

PROBLEM
-------
Memory sanitizer reports uninitialized comparisons
in log_in_use(), because strings are compared with
memcmp() instead of strncmp.

FIX
---
Use strncmp() to compare strings
