EXPLAIN FORMAT=JSON: further development
Writing JSON: - Fix a bug in Single_line_formatting_helper - Add Json_writer_nesting_guard - safety class EXPLAIN JSON support - Add basic subquery support - Add tests for UNION/UNION ALL.
