Updates for gethostname and gethostbyname_r usage

Browse Source 
configure.in:
  Change "gethostname_r" to "gethostbyname_r" as that is the function
  being looked for
sql/sql_parse.cc:
  gethostname is not used from sql_parse.cc so no need to declare it's
  prototype here
