SCRUM: 'Replication: PURGE LOGS with date' task

Added:

PURGE [MASTER] LOGS BEFORE date/date_expression
expire-logs-days option
  With this option old files are deleted when
      - mysqld is started
      - log is rotated
      - someone does FLUSH LOGS
