Bug#21973610: BUFFER OVERFLOW ISSUES

Description : Incorrect usage of sprintf/strcpy caused
possible buffer overflow issues at various
              places.

Solution : - Fixed mysql_plugin and mysqlshow
           - Fixed regex library issues
