MCOL-537 Enabled -Wno-unused-result for OAM code.
...
Fixed pragmas that disables compilation checks.
DDLProc now returns an error if it couldn't cwd.
Use either auto_ptr or unique_ptr depending on GCC version.

MCOL-529 Pool DBRM connections

DBRM connections are reused so that we don't have a huge amount of
TIME_WAIT sockets when there are large amounts of DML. Also applied to
i_s.columnstore_files

MCOL-259 replace system call to columnstore status with a function call to alleviate a race condition. Also added exception logging in a few places that will be helpful.
