abf7ef80c2 MCOL-498 Changes made according with review suggestions. 
Add more comments.
    Changed return value for HDFS'es fallocate.
    Removed unnecessary code in ColumnBufferCompressed::writeToFile
    Replaced Nulls with Empties in variable names.
