MCOL-537 Regression test doesn't tolerate 'failed' in stderr, stdout.

I reformulate the messages.

    Changed version in preprocessor conditions to avoid compilation
    warnings in Debian 9.

    Disabled sign-compare check for generated files in DML/DDL.
