write_basic_package_version_file() was given only MAJOR.MINOR, so a CMake-installed 5.9.4 reported itself as 5.9. find_package(wolfssl 5.9.4 CONFIG) then rejected the very release it asked for, and no consumer could require a patch release. The autoconf-generated version file and the CMake-generated wolfssl.pc already carry the full version. The consumer test now asserts a MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH package version, and the interworking workflow runs it against a CMake install as well as the autoconf one; only the autoconf install was consumed before.
CMake consumer test
This is a minimal CMake project that consumes the installed wolfSSL package config.
