The quad decoding loop broke out on a NUL byte without clearing the
remaining input length, unlike the equivalent loops in Base64_Decode and
Base64_Decode_nonCT. Control then fell into the block that buffers the
leftover input in the context, which copied the full remaining byte count
into the 48 byte ctx->data with an unbounded index, and read one byte past
the end of the caller's buffer. An application decoding attacker supplied
base64 with an explicit, binary safe length could write attacker
controlled data past the end of a heap allocated encode context.
Clear the length before breaking, and bound the leftover copy loop at one
decode block, which is the most that loop can legitimately buffer. That
also keeps ctx->remaining below the block size, so a reused context cannot
underflow the copy size in the next update call or over-read ctx->data in
EVP_DecodeFinal.
Add a negative test feeding a NUL byte followed by more non-whitespace
data than the context buffer can hold.
Fixes F-7445.
wolfSSL_EVP_EncodeUpdate did not validate the input length. A large
inl caused the block loop and the residual copy to read far past the
caller's input buffer, and a negative inl was silently treated as
success. Reject negative lengths and lengths whose base64 output would
overflow a positive int before processing any data.
wolfSSL_EVP_EncodeBlock rejected negative input lengths but passed any
large positive length straight to Base64_Encode_NoNl, which read that
many bytes from the caller input buffer and ran past its allocation.
Reject input lengths whose base64 output would overflow a positive int,
which also bounds the read against the caller allocation. The encoded
length is the int return value, so the safe maximum input is
(INT_MAX / 4) * 3.

which force on BUILDING_WOLFSSL and do boilerplate includes, and update library
sources to include them at the top.
wolfssl_sources.h includes types.h, error-crypt.h, and logging.h, and
conditionally, config.h. settings.h and wc_port.h are unconditionally
included at the top of types.h.
wolfssl_sources_asm.h includes settings.h, and conditionally, config.h.
Add wolfssl_sources*.h to wolfcrypt/src/include.am, and to several IDE/ project
files.
Also added a TEST_WOLFSSL_SOURCES_INCLUSION_SEQUENCE clause in
wolfssl/wolfcrypt/settings.h to allow coverage testing.
In wolfcrypt/src/misc.c, retain existing ad hoc boilerplate includes, and use
them if WOLFSSL_VIS_FOR_TESTS, otherwise include the new wolfssl_sources.h.
Define WOLFSSL_VIS_FOR_TESTS at top of wolfcrypt/test/test.c.
Also renamed WOLFSSL_NEED_LINUX_CURRENT to WOLFSSL_LINUXKM_NEED_LINUX_CURRENT,
for clarity.
