2f01e885c1 Rename variable GOFLAGS to CGO_OVERRIDE. 
GOFLAGS is an environment variable that Go understands, without
this change it wasn't possible to enable cgo, as GOFLAGS=CGO_ENABLED=1
is not a valid GOFLAGS.

Remove unnecessary `make simple`, `make build` can be used instead.
