Ingo Franzki 08eaca0238 Change /var/run to /run/opencryptoki for pid file and sockets 
The usage of /var/run is deprecated. Also introduce a sub-directory under /run
because we have more than one run-time file.

Change was suggested by Mark Post in https://github.com/opencryptoki/opencryptoki/pull/403
