Ingo Franzki c2f43a8a86 COMMON: Add defines for SHA-HMAC key types and key gen mechanisms ...

Add key types like CKK_SHAxxx_HMAC and the corresponding key generation
mechanisms CKM_SHAxxx_KEY_GEN. These key types are similar to the generic
secret key type (CKK_GENERIC_SECRET). Keys of these types can be used
for the corresponding HMAC-SHA mechanisms (CKM_SHAxxx_HMAC and
CKM_SHAxxx_HMAC_GENERAL), along with generic secret keys.
