To avoid nasty preprocessor defines everywhere, encapsulate everything into a new header `platform.h`, that handles everything automatically. Doing this also avoids situations where the preprocessor goes into a recursive header lookup, trying to look for a header first under usr/include and finding the same file that triggered the search in the first place. All AIX-specific headers now live under their own folder at usr/lib/common/aix and are automatically included when platform.h demands it. None of these headers are not meant to be included directly - use platform.h instead. Signed-off-by: Akash Kulhalli <akash.kulhalli@ibm.com>
