Ingo Tuchscherer f53e18bb0f Add several general hmac mechanisms to opencryptoki. ...

The ica token supports these hmacs, and testcases were written for them.
But ica token was failing the testcases because opencryptoki did not
include them in sign and verify codes. This patch adds them to the
sign and verify codes in opencryptoki.
