Ingo Franzki	6d46d0c0f3	hsm_mk_change: Add utilities for managing MK change operations ... Add utility functions to serialize and de-serialize master key operation state information, and allow to store and load them to/from files. These functions will be used by the pkcshsm_mk_change tool, as well as by tokens supporting concurrent master key changes.
