Some crypto providers actualy change the initial vector after the operation is
...
performed so that the memory has the next iv in the chain. Having the static
string in the IV makes that a read only stack variable, causing a crash.
We really don't care about the IV from the provider, as we manage obtaining
the next IV, but this fix avoids the core dump that occurs when using providers
that exhibit this behavior.

Fix reference to shared object library; according to Linux standards, having an ".so64" suffix is incorrect. The library should instead be in a location like "/usr/lib64/", and the linker should resolve the right library when necessary.
