ohemorange bd35e71b5c Remove unused certbot-compatibility-test docs (#7577 )

Part of #5775. We don't use these docs anywhere, so delete them.

Removes:
- `certbot-compatibility-test/readthedocs.org.requirements.txt`
- `certbot-compatibility-test/docs/` folder
- docs include in `MANIFEST.in`
- docs dependencies in `setup.py`
