fix: ocis_multi deployment with proper ldap groups

* feat(app-store): allow ownCloud Marketplace in ocis_multi CSP
Backport the ocis_multi portion of the marketplace CSP allowlisting
introduced in master so csp.yaml and csp-ocm.yaml also permit
connections to the new ownCloud Marketplace domain.
