Roman Perekhod d063d382f3 feat: [OCISDEV-1565] remove the posixfs driver ...

Remove the deprecated posix driver configuration from the storage-users
service, the posix driver documentation and the posix storage driver option
from the acceptance test helper. The ocis decomposedfs, migrate and revisions
commands use the decomposedfs timemanager and lookup packages.
