Migrates all v-translate directive usages to $gettext() calls since v4 removes the deprecated <translate> component/directive entirely and silently drops such strings during extraction. Also drops the now-unsupported disableHtmlEscaping positional argument from ~40 call sites (v4 no longer HTML-escapes interpolated values; none of the affected strings are rendered via v-html) and removes the pnpm patch that only backported a types export field v4 now ships natively.
