Provenance note: the ownCloud Web frontend (web/)

The `web/` directory contains the source of the ownCloud Web frontend.
It was formerly maintained as the independent repository
https://github.com/owncloud/web and, through its final release
(tag `v12.5.0`, also tagged `last-agpl-release`, commit
b16a34fdf5569d2fd63b1ff3c575c1a4ee569ad3), was historically licensed
under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3.0 (AGPL-3.0).

All contributors to that repository accepted the ownCloud Contributor
License Agreement (CLA), which grants ownCloud GmbH the right to
relicense their contributions. Under that grant, ownCloud GmbH has
relicensed the source tree at the commit above from AGPL-3.0 to the
Apache License, Version 2.0 -- the same license that covers the rest
of this repository -- and merged it into this repository.

The pre-relicense, AGPL-3.0-licensed development history remains
publicly available in the archived https://github.com/owncloud/web
repository for historical and attribution purposes. That history is
not the license under which the code in this repository is
distributed; this repository's root LICENSE (Apache-2.0) governs the
entirety of this repository, including web/.
