Remove the deprecated owncloudsql driver configuration from the storage-users,
auth-basic, users, groups and sharing services and from the migrate command.

The next oCIS release is 9.0.0, so all envvars that were annotated with
the previously planned 8.3.0 introduction version need to be updated.

Document that the *_TLS_INSECURE options for the nats-js-kv store, cache and
service registry disable authentication of the NATS server and are for testing
only, so operators securing a multi-node deployment are not misled into
weakening the connection they just enabled TLS on.

* fix: pass mount id to the s3ng storage driver
Uploads to a s3ng backed storage-users service never left the processing
state, leaving the file unreadable and unmodifiable. This affects every
client equally: WebDAV, the desktop sync client and the web UI.
Decomposedfs discards any event whose storage id does not match its
configured mount id. Only the ocis driver was ever given a mount_id, so
under s3ng the comparison ran against an empty string and every
PostprocessingFinished event was dropped.
Regression since 8.1.0, where the mount-id event filter was introduced
for vault storage.
* fix: adding mount_id in OcisNoEvents and S3NGNoEvents
feat(storage-users): [OCISDEV-1203] add recalculate-treesize command
The treesize of a directory is maintained as a running counter that is updated
on every change, so a failed or incomplete update leaves the counter wrong and
the reported quota usage of a space drifts from the data on disk. Removing a node
without propagating the size change leaves its size counted against the quota
with no way to reclaim it.
Add a command that walks a space bottom up, recalculates the treesize of every
directory from the actual size of its children and corrects the stored values:
ocis storage-users spaces recalculate-treesize --space-id <id>
As with the other maintenance commands --dry-run defaults to true, so the
command reports what it would change until explicitly told to write.

Bump reva to pick up the fix for upload sessions whose node metadata can no
longer be read. Such sessions can never finish postprocessing, stay in
processing state indefinitely and keep consuming the quota of their space.
Cleaning them previously removed the uploaded bytes without releasing the quota.
Wire up the new Orphaned session filter so operators can list the affected
sessions and remove them with --clean:
ocis storage-users uploads sessions --orphaned
ocis storage-users uploads sessions --orphaned --clean
