f9ac524b13 Add -Werror to acceptance builds for C and CPP (#4369) 
Use platform.local.txt to add -Werror to GCC for the build of all
code.  Any warnings on a submitted patch will cause an error.

Several examples and libraries had warnings/errors (missing returns
on functions, types, etc.).  Clean those up with this commit as well.

fe6f3cc830 Use correct separator in keywords.txt 
The Arduino IDE requires the use of a tab separator between the name and identifier. Without this tab the keyword is not highlighted.

03baea27ef ArduinoOTA: forward errors from Update.begin to espota.py 
If Update.begin fails, instead of printing “No response from device”,
espota.py will print the actual error message from the Updater.

950e9c9522 Let the socket to properly close 
python was keeping the connection open and sending duplicate FINs until
the ESP came back online, because the ESP was resetting without giving
the network a chance to answer and close
