Add a new board entry for the SparkFun Thing Dev

While the 'SparkFun ESP8266 Thing' is similar to the
'SparkFun ESP8266 Thing - Dev Board' there are some critical
differences for programming:

The dev board expects the following settings:

Flash Mode: DIO
Flash Size: 512K (no SPIFFS)
Reset Method: nodemcu

Whereas the original board uses:

Flash Mode: QIO
Flash Size: 512K (64K SPIFFS)
Reset Method: ck
