Distilled and base checkpoints from the SD-Next mirrors, with previews. The
distilled entry runs 16 steps without guidance, the base entry 50 steps at
cfg 3.5.
Loader on the upstream QwenImage21Pipeline, detection and dispatch for the Qwen21 type, reference catalog entry with preview, and the plumbing the 64-channel RGBA latent space needs: the 16x VAE joins the frame-axis list, the decode squeeze accepts four channels, and opaque RGBA decodes collapse to RGB unless a pixel has alpha below 128. The text encoder is byte-identical to Qwen/Qwen3-VL-8B-Instruct and resolves through the shared registry. The pipeline class stays off the Qwen 1.x controlnet path and out of the 1.x probe fingerprint.
Anima-2.9B is a depth-expanded finetune of Anima 1.0 Base carrying 40
transformer blocks against the base repo's 28. The reference entry points at
the Diffusers conversion. Single-file releases load through the native loader:
TransformerSpec gains an infer_config hook, the Anima spec uses it to size
num_layers to the block indices in the file, and model_anima routes a
checkpoint-selected safetensors through the loader with the remaining
components from the base repo.
The ref2va checkpoint partition conditions on reference images instead
of keyframes, so it gets its own registry row and reference card, and
the video core marshals PIL images into task_args as
MiniMaxH3ImageReference. Images are converted to RGB first, since the
reference encoder reads the array raw. The keyframe path is unchanged.
Validation runs before the model load in one funnel shared by the tab
and the API, so a rejected request costs nothing: references on a
non-reference model, a reference model with nothing to condition on,
more than nine images, non-images, and aspect outside 1:4 to 4:1 all
return 400. The image path rejects a reference pipe without references
instead of reaching a transformer that was never loaded.
The modular override forces Default instead of the None sentinel:
Default restores the model's own scheduler, which is the bespoke pair.
The reference entries request sampler: Default to match.
Reference entries for the bf16 repo and the sdnq uint4 quant load the
modular pipeline through the standard dispatch. Image tabs run the
model in still mode with audio off; the video tab keeps its own
overrides through the shared per-generation hook. Detailer is not
supported and is disabled with a warning.
Add the official Anima 1.0 Aesthetic and Turbo releases in diffusers
format. The previous turbo entry pointed at an unofficial build (base
with a fused community turbo lora); the official distilled checkpoint
replaces it.

Switch to neg-anchored guidance gated on > 1 so cfg 1.0 means no CFG, matching SD3/SDXL/Flux. Default guidance_scale 1.0; reference cfg Turbo 1.0, Base 4.5.
