This commit adds support for the Photon image generation model:
- PhotonTransformer2DModel: Core transformer architecture
- PhotonPipeline: Text-to-image generation pipeline
- Attention processor updates for Photon-specific attention mechanism
- Conversion script for loading Photon checkpoints
- Documentation and tests
